Of Vineyards and Mist - Unmixed Studio Version

about

This is the unmixed studio version for "Of Vineyards and Mist," from our upcoming album: The Everlasting Fog.

lyrics

Into the forest, of fog we will find.

Vineyards of mist, and no one in sight.

Wandering eyes, are forever inclined.

Looming throughout, this place lost in time.

Hide us away, through hills we will climb.
(Hide us, away.)

Watch as the vines, awake in their prime.
Watch us, fade.)

Darkness consumes, where light doesn’t shine.
(Darkness, consumes.)

The fog thickens deep, as plants stay divine.
(Fog, is divine.)

Through the garden, and into the valley.

Vines will grow on, but nothing is happy.

Eternally lie, the plants in each alley.

Forever untouched, by this world’s one finale.

Wither through the night. Plants, they grow and thrive.

Alone, I walk this night. The plants surround my mind.

Following the light, a lone terrace survives.

Hallowed places die. Crying, withered eyes.

Gardens, lost in time. Sanctuary, shrine.

Thinking, what can hide. Shadowed, place to find.

Beckoning my cries. Today, I watch the sky.

Today, we say goodbye. And leave this place, alive.

Out of the forest, back into time.

Vineyards grow on, and forever unwind.

Wandering souls, forsake as the chime.

Leads us away, by the fog we are blind.
